About

The Tragedy of Mariam

by Elizabeth Cary

In ancient Judea, after one of its most notorious rulers is reported dead, his kin & kingdom will expose their most honest desires in his absence. Even his wife Mariam is relieved to know she’s lost her King Herod. But after her husband’s sister, Salome, hears of this, the execution of queen Mariam looms when news of Herod’s death proves false.

How to Watch:

Free of cost, all audiences are welcome to watch the virtual show via the provided Zoom Meeting link at the showtime. Once all actors have joined this Zoom link, there will be a starting cast introduction followed by announcements before the virtual show begins. For all audience members, we will require cameras and microphones to be turned off for the entirety of the show’s runtime. This helps the actors to stay on task, and limits distractions. The show will be recorded for archival purposes on PMP’s free & public YouTube channel. You are welcome to participate in the zoom’s chat. At the end of the show, be sure to stick around for quick announcements on any future events and personalized member shoutouts from PMP!
