About

Much Ado About Nothing

by William Shakespeare

Lugging their own love hurt denials through such misadventure, two outspoken Messenians, Beatrice & Benedick, will find in one another the proof to let each other in. Helping provide this proof are the two’s kinsmen (Hero, Claudio, Don Pedro, and more) by playing fun ruses for them at first before the treacherous Don Juan secretly plays one of his own on the culminating wedding’s nuptials, Claudio & Hero. Their public shame will then test the mettle of Beatrice & Benedick’s burgeoning beguilement in restoring Hero’s honor. Chock full of uproar and tenderness, this story will have audiences rooting for the will-they-won't-they's just as deeply as they will root within themselves to find their own trust.

How to Watch:

Free of cost, all audiences are welcome to watch the virtual show via the provided Zoom Meeting link at the showtime. Once all actors have joined this Zoom link, there will be a starting cast introduction followed by announcements before the virtual show begins. For all audience members, we will require cameras and microphones to be turned off for the entirety of the show’s runtime. This helps the actors to stay on task, and limits distractions. The show will be recorded for archival purposes on PMP’s free & public YouTube channel. You are welcome to participate in the zoom’s chat. At the end of the show, be sure to stick around for quick announcements on any future events and personalized member shoutouts from PMP!
